EGO Restaurant

We invite you to visit our restaurant, which allows our guests to rediscover the secrets of Polish cuisine in modern forms and tastes from different parts of the world.

Our chef creatively interprets traditional recipes, using high quality regional products.

The menu changes seasonally, with its chief asset being exquisite meat and fish dishes (prepared by means of the sous-vide technique), delicious sauces and excellent desserts.

The restaurant interior is open not only to hotel guests but also to all enthusiasts of good tastes who seek unforgettable culinary experiences. Restaurant guests will also be able to learn more about the history of ceramics thanks to an exhibition of archaeological craft discoveries which is displayed in the restaurant. The place owes its exceptional atmosphere to beautiful, very well preserved cross vaults with lunettes and tunnel vaults decorated with original painted decors.

We are open every day from 7 a.m., when we serve exquisite breakfasts and morning coffee, after 1p.m. we invite you to taste the seasonal Restaurant Menu.
