The team at Hotel Alter makes every effort to ensure our Guests feel safe and receive what they come to us for, namely relaxation and peace.

Upon reopening the Hotel, we adhered to guidelines regarding enhanced disinfection, cleanliness, and safe service standards.

An advanced air disinfection and sterilization system with UV radiation and activated carbon has been installed in the ventilation system of the entire facility, which sterilizes viruses, bacteria, molds, and allergens. This system is commonly used in places where high sterility of rooms is essential, such as hospitals, infectious wards, etc.

Cleanliness and disinfection at Hotel Alter

An advanced air disinfection and sterilization system with UV radiation and activated carbon has been installed in the ventilation of the entire facility, which sterilizes viruses, bacteria, molds, and allergens. We have increased the frequency of cleaning public areas, toilets, lobbies, corridors, as well as frequently touched areas such as payment terminals, light switches, door handles, elevator buttons.

At our reception

• We have shortened check-in and check-out times to the necessary minimum
• We have shortened the hotel day to 11:00 AM to allow more time for cleaning and disinfection
• We have introduced a ban on non-registered persons staying in the hotel
• Hotel staff are equipped with masks
• We have provided disinfectant fluid

In hotel rooms

• Room cleaning is done upon guest request
• During cleaning, flat surfaces and frequently touched objects such as door handles, telephone, TV remote control are disinfected
• Wooden surfaces of our furniture are disinfected with professional alcohol-free foam.

At the 16 Tables Restaurant

• Staff are equipped with masks
• The hotel restaurant and summer terrace are open to hotel guests and external guests
• Breakfast is served in the restaurant

At our swimming pool

• We have increased the frequency of disinfection of common surfaces in the entrance zone, changing rooms, and locker rooms that users come into contact with
• In the pool and jacuzzi, when it is not possible to maintain social distance, it is recommended to use them individually or with several people living together
• We adhere to user hygiene rules at the swimming pools - mandatory and thorough bathing and washing the entire body under the shower before entering the pool hall
• We maintain a strict separation between the shoe and barefoot zones and the passage to the pool hall
